WHEN YOU COME TO THE STUDIO:
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Do not drink any coffee/caffeine themorning of your appointment,
Do not take fish oil or vitamin E the morning of,
Do not work out the morning of,
Do not take blood thinning pills/pain medication (no aspirin etc.) the morning of,
Do not drink excessive amounts of alcohol the night before,
Do not take antibiotics for 2 weeks leading up to your appointment,
Do not get BOTOX (get it at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment or 2 weeks after),
Discontinue use of retinol / vitamin A for 1 month before your appointment,
Do not wear contact lenses for 24 hours (try avoiding them for 3 days),
Do not get lash extensions. Wait 2 weeks to get lash extensions,
Lash lifts & tints must be done 24 or more hours prior to your appointment,
Do not use over the counter lash serum for 2 weeks before & after,
If you use a stronger lash serum such as Latisse, you must discontinue use for 2 months before & after the procedure. Use of this serum can change the integrity of the skin causing migration.
Do not use prescription eye drops (they cause sensitivity to the eyelid that will result in poor retention),
& please do not come in if you are sick.
If you have had any type of eye surgery, including cataract, Lasik, &/or blepharoplasty, you must consult your physician & get clearance. Most physicians require 3-9 months before you can have your lash line/eyeliner tattooed. This is because there is a slight pressure and stretching on & around the eye during the procedure.
Individuals who have taken medications such as Accutane or Retin-A within the last 6 months have an altered skin condition that will not heal well after the procedure. It is very important that they wait at least 6 months before tattooing the skin.
We recommend washing your hair before your procedure.

OTHER IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT INFORMATION:
The lash line enhancement procedure is not ideal for individuals with sensitive eyes.
PMU clients cannot, under any circumstances, be pregnant.
It is not recommended to get tattooed while nursing. We advise to wait until you're done & give yourself 2-3 weeks to allow your body time to regulate back to normal. If you have questions about this, contact us here.
Please eat before your appointment. It is incredibly important to have regular blood sugar levels when getting tattooed.
Please arrive right on time. Arriving very early will not make your appointment begin quicker & arriving very late may result in a reschedule.
Running late? We have a 10 minute lateness grace period. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, give us a call. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Rushing something like this is not something we want to do -- it's your pretty face!
Children (or persons under 18 yrs) are not allowed in the studio.

Keep the area dry for 7 days. This doesn't mean you can't wash your face, just be careful around the lash line!
No eyeliner or mascara for 7 days.
No contact lenses for 3 days minimum, ideally 7.
Do not use a washcloth, pick, or scratch the tattooed area.
Avoid direct sun exposure for 7-10 days & tanning 3-4 weeks after.
Avoid sleeping on your face for 7-10 days.
Avoid sweat/ steam/ sauna/ hot showers for 7-10 days.

Any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will not be rescheduled & must be rebooked online.
New client appointments will be rescheduled once, as a courtesy, if we are contacted within the 48 hours leading up to your appointment. If a second reschedule occurs, you will be asked to rebook online & pay another booking fee.
No-showing your appointment automatically forfeits your booking fee & you will be asked to rebook online.
New clients who cancel & do not plan to reschedule must contact us immediately to discuss other options.
